The spire tower has 36 floors that feature a total of 232 units for residents and guests. The building has 125 hotel rooms and suites with 99 private residences on the top levels of the building. These properties are designed with contemporary attributes featuring elements from Hawaiian culture. The luxury residential units are situated on the top floors of the building.
